Class Pack Information
All Flare Pilates class packs are redeemable for 1 year from the purchase date, and each includes 5–20 classes depending on the pack you select. Every Flare class is 50 minutes. Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

When you purchase a pack, you’ll receive an email with a booking code, which you’ll use to reserve your classes. You can book up to 14 days in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just do so at least 12 hours before class and the credit will be re-applied to your account.

Our Glow Getter Membership is designed for those ready to commit to a steady, glowing practice. Perfect for clients who want consistency and results, it offers the best balance of value and flexibility. Only available for the first 15 members!

All Flare Pilates memberships auto-renew monthly for your convenience and are non-refundable and non-transferable. We make it easy to cancel. Memberships may be canceled anytime with at least 5 days’ written or in-person notice prior to your next billing date; late cancellations will result in one final charge. Classes must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over. Flare Fam Members may book classes up to 30 days in advance; even though our scheduler only allows 11 days. For priority scheduling beyond 11 days, email kate@flarepilates.com to get booked. Cancellations made as a Glow Getter, must be at least 12 hours before class to re-credit your account, while late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiting the class. Memberships may be paused for up to one month per year with written approval. Guest passes (sidekicks) and merchandise discounts must be used within the active billing cycle and exclusions may apply. Sidekicks must have a signed liability waiver to participate. Flare Pilates reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or policies as needed.
